A new week! The first full week of school in our house! I feel the fall energy on the horizon and I am here for it. When I feel off routine, I try to cling to the things that I can control and usually that means meal prep and doing good for my body. These two things are the foundation of my self care and if I can stay on track with these then I am more likely to succeed in other areas or tasks for the week. Reminder: these are suggestions and recommendations for how you lay out your week. Take it, alter it, make it your own!
We are actually traveling at the end of this week so I aim to hold true to this 4 days out of the week for meals and 6 days out of the week for exercise. Pick and choose! Nothing has to be perfect. The only person setting standards/goals for yourself is YOU so be kind and breezy!

Sunday: Chopped Salad
For workouts, I am starting slow. I have very low expectations for myself so my main goal is just to move everyday. Make of this what you will! I try to sweat every day because it always resets my body. You’ve got this!
