We all know how hectic the holidays can be! Planning, purchasing, wrapping, meal prepping, hosting, entertaining, trying to get a workout in, trying to go to bed at a reasonable time and trying to enjoy the season that we are in! It can be a lot and some days that means my self care can take a back seat to a neverending to-do list.

This past year lululemon launched their self care collection (which I’ve talked about here and here and have used religiously ever since!) and they have quickly become my favorite products for feeling fresh after a workout. My schedule changes pretty frequently and most days I workout early and don’t make it home for a few hours. That means I’m running around hoping that no one realizes I just got my booty kicked at the gym! Luckily, I’m pretty sure these products have saved me from looking like a total hot mess and help me feel refreshed when I’m on the go. 

The dry shampoo is LEGIT. It has a no-show invisible solution so you can dry up that sweat in no time and leave the gym looking like you just washed your hair. This stuff saves me. If you’re someone who gets really red when they workout, I love their Speed Up Cool Down lotion – it has a cooling effect and really soothes your skin. I wanted to share their new On the Go Sweat Kits (my favorite is the Aloe Lotus scent) which comes with a travel size dry shampoo, speed up cool down lotion, anti-stink deodorant and a lip balm all in an easy travel case that you can keep in your gym bag or car. I keep mine in my car along with a hairbrush and I can’t tell you how many coffee meetings I’ve had post gym where I actually look decent and not like a sweaty mess (ha!). I feel like these products are things that you wish you had on hand after the gym but fail to purchase for yourself. The Aloe Lotus is a refreshing and beautiful scent for women and the Black Pepper Sandalwood is masculine and and sexy. I’m going to order one for Dave!

On a side note: I received soooo many questions about this coat! I bought it for outdoor runs in the winter and it has already proven to be super warm. It actually has a double layer but doesn’t feel bulky. I’m so happy with it! I sized up to a 6 knowing I would probably wear a long sleeve tee underneath. I love the yellow color, too!

Can you believe next week is Thanksgiving?? I’m going to dedicate some extra time at the gym to make sure I’m ready for all of the feasting!
