Ten Healthy Recipes to Add to Your Rotation this Fall

I love fresh summer produce, but the flavors of Fall may be my favorite. Plus, there’s something about the crisper weather that makes you want to cozy up inside and get cooking. I’m always looking for new recipes and inspiration, so I thought I would share a few healthy fall recipes I found recently!

For football Sundays: this Cincinnati Chili Spaghetti Squash recipe from Half Baked Harvest (pictured above).

One year my roommates and I made this recipe almost every single week: Farro and Kale Salad with Pomegranate Seeds from Love & Lemons.

There’s nothing like starting the crockpot in the morning and coming back to an amazing meal later that day. I want to try this Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken with Veggies recipe from Damn Delicious.

Serve this Black Bean and Butternut Soup from Sprouted Kitchen on its own or ladled over quinoa.

How fun would it be to go apple picking and then come home and make this? Healthy Apple Crisp from Pinch of Yum.

Have you tried roasting Delicata Squash? It’s easier than it looks and so delicious. This roasted delicata squash & quinoa salad with pomegranate seeds, candied pecans and herbed goat cheese from Waiting on Martha looks like a total crowd pleaser.

For meatless Monday: these pita tostadas with butternut squash, black beans and avocado from Camille Styles look amazing.

I love a big, hearty salad, especially for lunch: this Broccoli Rabe and Kale Harvest Salad from the First Mess has all my favorite flavors.

To make your house smell incredible: Coconut Oil, Honey and Almond Granola from Lovely Little Kitchen.

An easy option for weeknights: Sheet Pan Salmon with Brussels Sprouts from How Sweet Eats.

What are your go-to fall recipes? Any foods you’re especially looking forward to?
