It’s the most wonderful time of the year! I am so excited to announce that the holidays have officially arrived at Sequins & Stripes. You may be thinking, whaaaat, it’s only November 1? With holiday gift guides launching in two weeks and so much fun content to share with you, I really wanted to make this year a celebration of my favorite season. My assistant, Carolyn (hi Carolyn!), designed this cute logo to take us into the new year! So consider Sequins & Stripes your guide to the holiday season. Our holiday page should be live soon but you can browse older posts and specific categories here. Moving forward, all holiday content will feed into this page so you can easily search, shop and browse specific content that you’re looking for.

Here’s what you can expect: Our annual daily gift guides leading up to Black Friday, 10 days of giveaways of all of our favorite things, style guides and outfit ideas, cozy recipes for entertaining and gifting, home decor ideas, holiday hairstyle and beauty tips, family traditions, outfit ideas for your kiddos and so much more. I also relaunched my newsletters with a bunch of exclusive content in the works (think additional recipes, more personal posts, sale announcements, my favorite gifts to give, etc.). I loved reading all of your suggestions on instagram but if there is anything else you are hoping to see covered here, please feel free to leave your suggestions in the comments. My goal is to have Sequins & Stripes be your go-to destination for all things holiday. With that said, I want to say that with all the negativity we see on the news, the clear divide that is happening in our country and whatever personal struggles we as individuals may be dealing with – this time of year symbolizes a sense of unity to me. A common celebration or feeling of happiness that is hard to disguise. Let it serve as a reminder to appreciate the ones you love, give thanks, celebrate togetherness and just be.

I’m really excited to share this season with you!

PS: You guys, I am cheesy. My siblings always make fun of me for trying to hang on to traditions that we did when we were 5 years old. Get excited 🙂
