Weekends are my favorite and I was really sad to see this one go after spending my days with my favorite people. I’ve been living in this look lately. However, moments after we photographed this outfit I realized that I had spit up on my top #storyofmylife

The temperatures in Chicago were amazing this weekend! Dave and I were table to escape for a few hours and saw a movie on Saturday afternoon for the first time in at least 6 months. Having my parents close by is so extremely wonderful for moments like that where Dave and I could use a little time to ourselves.

On another note, can you believe it is February?? I have absolutely no concept of time lately, especially because my days are spent savoring every second with Charlie. It makes me appreciate moments to myself so much more and doing little things that make me happy – like getting dressed and putting on my favorite pair of flats. It’s the little things, right?
