Citrus Ginger Mojito Recipe

I’m excited to share a recipe for your new favorite summer cocktail (this is in close competition with our skinny margarita!). Dave made this for us a few weeks ago and it is so refreshing, flavorful, light and delicious. Guaranteed to be a staple during cocktail hour when the weather warms up and we can picture ourselves on the beach instead of our backyards 😉

Citrus Ginger Mojito Recipe

  • your favorite white rum (we love this one from Havana Club)
  • fresh squeezed lime juice (about 1 lime)
  • fresh squeezed orange juice (1/2 an orange)
  • mint
  • fresh grated ginger
  • soda water
  • sugar cubes or agave

In a cocktail shaker, start by muddling mint, grated ginger (about an inch cube) and a sugar cube together until combined. Added 2-3oz of rum, fresh lime juice and fresh orange juice and shake well. Pour into two separate glasses with ice and finish with a topper of club soda. Garnish with extra mint. Sip and enjoy!!

I ALWAYS get questions about our cocktail glasses which are honestly perfect for wine, beer or whatever cocktail you’re mixing up. They are our favorite and so pretty for summer days ahead! It’s a set of 4 in 4 different prints. Also linking our other favorite bar accessories (this set would make a great Father’s Day gift!).

Cheers! xoxo
