Easy Summer Pasta Salad
- Trader Joe’s pesto tortellini
- 1 Container of cherry tomatoes
- Fresh mozzarella balls in seasoned oil
- Salt + pepper
Cook the tortellini and set aside (follow the instructions on the packaging). In another bowl cut up the tomatoes, chip the basil and cut the mozzarella. Season with half of the leftover oil from the mozzarella cheese container and add three spoonfuls of the seasoning. Add the pasta and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste and keep in refrigerator until you’re ready to serve! Mix again before serving.
