I hope you all had a wonderful 4th of July! Mondays after a long weekend are always a little rough but I’m excited to be back in Chicago after summer finally decided to show its face this weekend. Navy Pier is a huge tourist spot in Chicago {and to be honest, a place I usually avoid} and it has the prettiest views of both the city and the water so it only seemed necessary to snap a few photos in honor of summer.

Saturday marked the start of my third trimester and the final three month countdown to our baby’s arrival. I can’t wrap my head around the fact that we are at this point. My first trimester seemed to inch by but my second trimester was such a breeze. My belly is becoming an issue and I’m slowly figuring out what is going to work for my body in the coming months. This LOFT dress was high waisted enough to give my bump some breathing room and is perfect for the summer heat.
