What a year! If I could think of one gift I could give my loved ones this year it would be the gift of support (from afar). A couple weeks ago I had Dave talk about his love of Equilibria since one of my most frequently asked questions is “can men take Equilibria too?” The short answer: YES! Equilibria is just as effective and beneficial for men. Dave has a Balance Box subscription and uses the Daily Gels at night — they are slow release and allow for constant sleep support throughout the night.
