Between the Chicago humidity and constantly hanging by the pool with Charlie and Jack, a bare face is kind of my MO when the weather is warm. When I was in New York City recently, I posted a few Instagram stories from my hotel room and got flooded with messages asking what products I was using to get that “glowy” look. This Ambient Lighting Face Palette is my secret! The best way I can describe it is a combo highlighter/bronzer that helps light diffuse on all the most flattering parts of your face. I use the powder brush from this brush set to place the rose blush along the apples of my cheeks and the bridge of my nose, and then I’ll use the fan brush to dust a little bit of the diffused light powder on top. It seriously works like a real-life Instagram filter! 

A few of my other, all-time favorite beauty brands are included in the bonus event, too, like my Dyson hairdryer and my T3 curling iron. One of my most frequently-asked questions is what size barrel I use for my curling iron—I usually stick with the 1.5-inch barrel for everyday curls because it gives you more of that “loose wave” look, but I’ll switch things up and use the .75-inch barrel to get a tighter curl for a more glam holiday look. Just gently brush the curls out using a paddle brush and set everything with hairspray (this one is my FAVORITE!) and you should be good to go!

I also love this Charlotte Tillbury eyeshadow palette in shimmer finish for making my eyes pop, and this mascara is the best of the best—I recently went back to it after trying a few other mascaras over the past year and I don’t know why I ever left. If you like a rosier shade of blush, this Cheek to Chic blush is such a good one. Just apply it using the angled brush blush from the brush set I mentioned above!
