We all share a similar feeling around the holidays. That feeling of warmth, coziness, family, home, togetherness and love. It’s a feeling that I wish we could bottle up and celebrate year round but I think that is why it makes these months feel extra special. The weather cools down, the days get shorter and we spend more time inside relishing very little plans. 

When I think about gift giving, this feeling is something that I always try to embody through my gifts. Whether it is a pair of cozy pajamas, a new coffee mug, a warm blanket, fuzzy socks or maybe some new slippers – I want my family and friends to feel that sense of comfort through the gift they unwrap. We kind of live for all of these things in our house. I swear as soon as we walk in the door, all three of us are in comfy pants, tea brewing on the stove and snuggled up on the couch under a blanket. What can I say, we like to be cozy!

Nordstrom is one of our favorite spots to find cozy gifts. They even have a gift guide dedicated to them! I have a really hard time waiting for the holidays to buy new pajamas for the entire family and already stocked up on a few styles for the three of us. Before my boys destroy all hopes of a little personal time, I love having tea in bed without anyone around. It is one of my favorite ways to unwind from the day (although it usually ends with a toddler jumping all over me). You can’t enjoy a cozy cup of tea without a cute coffee mug and this and this are perfect for the holidays!
