You guys, Dave and I can’t stop laughing because I legitimately have a beer belly in these photos. A baby disguised as a beer belly. It looks like a legit man gut. #imafashionblogger

BUT, these photos aren’t going to go to waste because I feel like this is my ultimate fall uniform. If there were one item in my closet that gets worn year round (maybe aside from certain dresses) it is my sweater cardigans. As someone who is always prepared to be cold, I keep them with me at all times. I have one in my car, one in our family room, one at my parent’s house – they are spread thin. 

I picked up this grey cardigan at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (are you sick of the sale yet? I’m sick of talking about it – ha). Unfortunately it is out of stock . A few more of my personal favorites include this Madewell cardigan, this BB Dakota cardigan, this Vince cardigan and this Halogen cardigan. You can never have enough!

Never underestimate the power of some good basics. I rarely reach for basics because I am usually drawn to more novelty items but these pieces are essential for any/every fall wardrobe. Although you can usually find me in skinny jeans, I love a good pair of boyfriend jeans. These 7 for All Mankind jeans are SO SOFT and comfortable. I recommend sizing down for a better fit! Finally, if you’re looking for some cute new booties for fall I am eyeing these, these (my favorite purchase from the NSale last year + under $100) and these.
