Today the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale opens up to all cardholders! I’m hoping that means that a few of the items that I purchased + sold out are restocked but you never know. A reminder that at some point, you will most likely see these items pop up on the Nordstrom site again during the fall season – so don’t fret!

A Few Favorites that I bought from the 2020 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale – a little at home preview of a few items I bought early on!

Not going to lie, I’m loving all the fall vibes and colors in these images. There is something so refreshing about a new season and I look forward to the crispness and feeling of “newness” that fall brings. I’ve spoken about this in previous posts about the NSale and also in my IG highlights (see my NSale 2020 highlight here!) but I was very conscious about that I bought from the sale this year. Not feeling like I had to be a full resource for you and give you details about all of the things. Really just focusing on what I personally liked, gaps in my own wardrobe and investments.

Let’s start with the outfit above! Actually, lets start with these jeans. I ordered a few jeans that were under $60 in the sale and these are SOOO GOOD. High waisted, great stretch but not the kind of stretch that gets too loose/long crotch (I always feel like Madewell jeans do this, I have the biggest pet peeve with saggy crotch in stretchy denim!), an ankle length and slight distressing. So flattering on the legs and they have the most comfortable waistband situation that kind of sucks you in and just feels so good. I’m wearing them in every outfit here! I’m wearing a 4 but probably would have done a 2 without a bump.

My cashmere turtleneck tunic and Clare V leopard tote were a hot commodity early on in the sale so fingers crossed there is a restock!

I love the look of this sweater and love that is light enough for early fall days! It’s cute untucked or tucked into whatever you’re wearing and is nice and light. The black color is still fully stocked!

It’s funny – I wouldn’t say my style is preppy at all but I love a good Barbour coat for fall. It’s such a classic and is my favorite throw on and go item for mom life but also when I want to look pulled together. This quilted version caught my eyes right away and just feels so classically fall. I’ve bought 2 out of my 3 Barbour coats during the Nordstrom Sale over the years and they still remain some of my favorites!

As I type this, this Thread & Supply Cardigan Coat is sold out but I’m going to hope that it is restocked because it is such a good layer! If you’re interested in something similar, this open front cashmere cardigan would be well worth the investment! I have two cashmere cardigans from past NSale’s that I still wear – always a classic staple in any wardrobe. I also purchased this tee in 3 colors because it is a great length and has the prettiest scoop neck.
