Velvet is a huge fashion trend this holiday season. I love the way it elevates even the most casual outfits. Making it easy to dress for whatever holiday festivities you have on your calendar! Trying a new trend can be daunting to I wanted to share a look that shows you how to wear velvet. Who says it has to be dressy? There are so many cute velvet options to add to your wardrobe this season so I wanted to share a few of my favorites…

I love the ruffle details on my off the shoulder top. The perfect party top! This off the shoulder dress is fun, too. The velvet bow detail on this sweater is so pretty. I think I need this mix lace and velvet top. If you’re skeptical of the trend then this top would be a good thing to try. 

When I saw these velvet shoes (hello gold heels!) I knew they would elevate all of my holiday looks. They come in a ton of fun colors and fit true to size. I’m also eyeing these bow loafers and these sneakers. Accessories are a great way to try the velvet trend and this bag is beautiful.
