Oh hey guys! I took an unexpected leave of absence last week and thoroughly enjoyed 6 days at my lakehouse – away from computers, cell service, and everything in between. I popped in here and there to share some photos on instagram but for the most part I parked my butt on a raft in the middle of the lake and bronzed my belly. Let me tell you, any sort of swimming while pregnant is the best, it felt so good to be weightless for a bit. I also feel completely rejuvenated and ready to tackle lots of to-do’s in the next few weeks. I’m officially 30 weeks pregnant and 10 weeks {give or take} away from meeting our baby. CRAZY.

These photos were taken on an incredibly hot day at Cafe Tola in the Southport Corridor. If you haven’t been then you must put it on your to-do list for next weekend – their fresh tea, spicy lemonade, empanadas, donuts and decor are well worth the trip. I wore a floral Anine Bing dress from a few years ago {similar styles here and here} and my trusted Kate Spade mules that are the perfect height for both comfort and style.
