Last winter I wore a ton of skirts and dresses with tights but this year I’ve really gravitated to the skinny jeans/boots combo to keep me warm in the snow. It had been awhile since I wore a skirt but I saw this fluttery faux leather number at Zara last week and knew she would be a fun addition to my winter wardrobe. You’ve got to get creative in these freezing temps! It’s starting to become not funny at all, and I know it is January and I should be well aware of the extent of winter but it started way too early this year and I can honestly say this is the worst cold I have ever experienced. On Monday and Tuesday we didn’t even make it into positive digits – which seems like a cruel joke. Anyways, it certainly tests my styling skills and makes me rediscover new ways to wear my faithful favorites. Side note: this Bauble Bar necklace is amazing and I’m kind of obsessed with the fringe on these Isola booties!
