TGIF! Another week down. They seem to be flying by lately and I am doing my best to try and slow them down and take advantage to my most favorite time of year. It is getting cold in Chicago, next week they are even calling for soggy snow, which makes me want to hunker down, get cozy and bake stuff. I’ve been stocking up on sweaters {this, this and this are new favorites}, lighting candles {this, this and this are my holiday favorites!}, and pinning away recipes to fill up my weekend {hello thin mints and donut holes}. How was your week? Is it cold where you are? Is it too soon to put up Christmas lights or listen to Christmas music {clearly I don’t have a problem with that}? I spent my week prepping for a few busy weeks ahead with some fun stories, giveaways, collaborations and the gift guide. Plus, we finally got all of our save the dates out and I am taking a break from wedding planning until after the holidays {except I am going to try on dresses next week – eek!}. From now until Christmas is my favorite time on the blog – so get ready to for a fun few weeks ahead – starting next week!
