Halloween White Chocolate Mummy Pretzel Rods

Ok that are so fun! Nothing makes me feel festive for the holidays like baking something with my kids. These Halloween mummy pretzel rods and so easy and low maintenance making them the perfect holiday activity.

These aren’t rocket science, I know versions of these little guys circulate the internet every year but what I love is that you can really switch these up to be whatever holiday theme you’d like! I love that these make the perfect little class party treat, are great for neighbor holiday gifts and are just thoughtful little snacks for your kids lunch boxes. I’m already planning to make another batch this season because they went fast.

Halloween White Chocolate Mummy Pretzel Rods

Ingredients:
Pretzel rods
White chocolate chips
Coconut oil
Halloween sprinkles (some options here, here, here and here – or just the eyes here!)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a double boiler (boil water in a pot and chocolate in a glass bowl on top!), melt white chocolate and a tbsp of coconut oil in a bowl. Dip pretzels and set on parchment paper. Put in freezer for 5-10 mins. Then drizzle chocolate horizontally on rods to resemble a mummy! Add sprinkles, eyes 👀 and anything else! Let cool (or place back in freezer for a few) and enjoy!

I love the idea of buying some cellophane bags and gifting to friends! Another fun idea is this homemade pumpkin butter recipe – a good blog post from the past.

Enjoy! xo
