I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, coat season has arrived and I am HERE for it. I’m having fun bundling up for the chillier weather in Canada this week, and it’s making me even more excited for cozy layers once we get back to Chicago. I’m kind of a coat expert after living in the greater Chicago area for most of my life, and I don’t feel guilty about having a coat for every occasion! In case you’re looking to update your coat collection this year, here are a few under $200 options I’m loving for fall:
The Best Fall Coats Under $200
I am OBSESSED with this Patagonia quilted field jacketβI feel like it’s the perfect stylish but sporty option for tailgates, t-ball practice, apple picking with the fam, etc. And the sage green color is gorgeous!
A wool topcoat is a wardrobe essential for any woman, and this classic style is currently 50% off! Love this unstructured style, too.
I styled a plaid blazer coat on the blog a couple of years ago, and it’s still one of my favorite fall looks. One of those throw-on-and-go styles that always makes you look more put together. This plaid wool coat from Abercrombie is currently on my wishlist!
I pretty much wear some version of this coat all winter long…if you’re still looking for a fun teddy coat this is a great option under $80!
This puffer jacket came with me to Banff (as seen here) and I’ve been loving itβa more feminine/stylish take on the classic black puffy coat (if you’re from the Midwest you know what I’m talking about, haha).
Last but not least, how fun is this faux fur plaid jacket? I’m thinking about ordering this longer version, too.
