My obsession with Trunk Club continues as they save me this holiday season with their trunks! At this point my stylist and I are basically besties and whenever I’m in a bind she is there to save the day. Living in Chicago I would pop into the Clubhouse to try new pieces or find an outfit for something specific but now that I’m in the suburbs I love getting trunks from my stylist. If you’re unfamiliar with Trunk Club, it is a personal styling service for men and women. Perfect for those of you who are short on time and looking for guidance from a stylist. With a busy calendar and no time to shop I told my stylist that I was looking for some holiday party outfits! My stylist and I have a constant conversation going so it is easy to send her a message to tell her exactly what I’m looking for. By the end of the day she had sent me a list of everything she had added to my trunk so I could review and tell her to send or tell her to keep. I love this feature because you can give feedback on your trunk before it ships. UPS dropped the box off on my front porch and my room turned into a dressing room! My only problem with the trunks is I want to keep everything…

A velvet jumpsuit, sequin dress (a dream!), emerald lace, plaid, cozy knits – everything in this trunk was so so good. I love that you can try each item on in the comfort of your own home and decide what to keep and then ship back the rest. It makes it easy to imagine multiple ways to wear each piece with items you already own! Select different shoes, accessories and more – the best way to justify what should stay and what should go. Since the majority of my job revolves browsing the internets and styling outfits, I sometimes feel like everything starts to look the same. It is so nice to have an outside opinion from a friend and suggestions that you maybe wouldn’t have chosen yourself!
