Dave and I stumbled upon THE CUTEST coffee shop last weekend. Dollop Coffee Bar, which apparently has a few locations around the city, is nestled into 860 N Dewitt Place and if you can’ t tell from the photos it is pretty much the most stylish coffee shop I’ve laid eyes on. The wall paper, carpet, reupholstered furniture, and the lighting is enough to visit but the coffee is the reason to stay awhile. I’ll be sure to schedule my next meeting at this adorable spot or at least plan a workday here soon.

Dave’s mom was in town last weekend which allowed Dave and I the chance to venture out for the day and even go on a date that night. I’m sad to say that this is probably the second time we have had a date night since Charlie was born. The temperatures were also amazing and I was able to ditch my jeans and boots for a dress and sneakers. Sadly, my gold Nike sneakers are sold out but these, these, these, these and these are awesome alternatives.
