If you follow me on Instagram you may have seen my photo stating that it is currently freezing in Chicago. Actually it is well below freezing, with the windchill it feels like -18 degrees {#terrible}. Usually these temps don’t happen until January/February which leads me to believe that this is going to be a loooooong winter. The only thing to help me get through the cold is to think warm thoughts and plan a few tropical vacays/quick weekends away to escape the snow. Stores have already started to stock their resort collections and I’ve already started dreaming about my suitcase for a weekend at the beach. Target is about to release their newest collection of nautical pieces for Spring and I wanted to give you a little preview of my favorite items from the collection. These brights are so refreshing to look at after living in neutrals for the past month {and there are many more months of neutrals in my future}. The entire collection will hit stores on December 15th so be on the look out! Perfect for anyone taking a warm vacay over the holidays {if you are, I am so jealous}.

PS: I shot these photos a couple months back, there is no way I could survive with bare legs now!
