You know that feeling when you get dressed and you feel confident that you’ve made a good choice in what you’re wearing that day but then you see some adorable girl and you immediately feel like a frump? In the summer this happens to me all the time. I don’t know if it is the easy outfits, printed dresses, bright colors, or the adorable accessories to top off an outfit, but when I see someone pulled together in a printed dress or fun maxi topped with a panama hat, I have an immediate girl crush. When I shop for myself, I typically buy items on the dressier side – so when it comes to a casual season like summer I consistently feel unprepared. This year, I have made a point to try and purchase items that are a bit out of my comfort zone and I’m taking inspiration from these easy, effortless but incredibly chic looks for summer.
