At NYFW, Marissa Webb debuted her new self titled label and I have to say I am a fan. If you didn’t know, Marissa held some serious roles at J.Crew over the past decade, like Head of Womenswear and Accessories Design, so it is safe to say that the girl knows a thing or two about dressing. Her styles have a slight resemblance to J.Crew’s tailored silhouettes but Marissa adds a bit of masculine edge which I dig. I like that she kept it relatively simple for her initial debut but I am looking forward to seeing what else she dreams up over the coming seasons!
