I’ve mentioned this before but I’m not the type of person who can get things accomplished in my sweat pants. Getting dressed and ready for the day is a game changer for my productiveness and overall mentality. Not to mention I feel better about myself when I put a little extra effort into my outfit. It’s one of those first self care steps of the day that can make a big difference!

Although our calendars are lighter this holiday season I still find myself searching for pieces to elevate even the most basic outfits. One of those items is a blazer – a piece that immediately makes me feel pulled together and ready to tackle the day! I’m grateful that a blazer can also be accommodating to a growing bump that has been exceptionally difficult to dress lately.

I had seen this gold button blazer with pink lining from the Scoop Collection at Walmart and was so excited to order it (I sized up to fit the bump/for an oversized vibe). I love that it has a tailored fit but the pop of pink makes it a little playful. It’s such a classic style for any wardrobe whether you’re going into an office or pairing with jeans. This year is no different! I’ve been living in this cardigan and I ordered this cozy turtleneck in 2 colors (love the tunic length!). I love a good topper to an outfit and a blazer is always an easy answer to “what should I wear today?”
