The Best Resources for At-Home Workouts

Winter Workout Gear from lululemon

Wow. How is everyone doing? There’s a LOT going on in the world right now (understatement of the year). I don’t think anyone could have anticipated Wellness Month—let alone the month of March—taking a turn the way it did, and I know we are all doing as much as we can to keep ourselves, our families, and our communities safe and healthy.

Most of us should be hunkering down at home right now, so we thought it might be helpful to put together a big list of workouts you can accomplish without having to leave the house. Exercise is one of the best ways to keep your energy high and keep you feeling sane during a crazy period, and it’s a great way to break up those WFH days. If your kids are home with you, try having them follow along or do some jumping jacks while you complete your workout video!

All of these suggestions came from the HAF community, so there’s a good chance you have a workout buddy somewhere out there! Just another way to feel a little bit more connected while in isolation. 🙂
