I feel cool in this outfit. Way cooler than I am on a normal day. You know when you see someone wearing an outfit, whether on IG or Pinterest, and you think to yourself – can I pull that off? I’ve realized that you at least have to try! 

I was recently in the city for meetings and popped into one of my favorite stores to pick up some new pieces for fall. I love Bloomingdales because I have always felt that their price points are all over the board. They carry brands that I can’t seem to find everywhere else. Their women’s department feels more like a bunch of boutiques rather than a department store and I always appreciate that feeling of finding something special. Bloomingdales carries a bunch of 100% exclusive products (so many cute styles!!) so when it came time to shop for fall they were my first stop.

I was on the hunt for something particular – a corduroy skirt – and was so excited to find this cute style from Sanctuary. Maybe it is because I’m in this industry or that I was a clothing buyer in my previous life? But there are a list of brands in my head that I think of when it comes to high quality and great price point. Sanctuary is one of those brands! The color of this corduroy skirt screams fall and it just felt right to pair it with a cozy sweater (size down one size). I couldn’t pass on these gorgeous leopard booties – such a statement and cute with anything from denim to dresses.
