Summer has officially landed in Chicago and it feels good! We have been spending as much time as possible outside, soaking up the sunshine and getting our garden ready. During this transitional time when it can be 50 degrees in the morning and 75 degrees by the afternoon, I find myself reaching for items that are easy, effortless and comfortable. I wanted a chic pair of pants that wasn’t a jogger style or a legging and the easy pant sounded like the perfect fit. To be honest, I haven’t really taken these off since they arrived. Not only are they comfortable but they are so flattering. I paired them with this long tank in the dreamiest silk crepe. It literally feels like butter and catches the light in the dreamiest way. When I look at this outfit it feels like it is generational. My mom who is in her late 50’s would wear this outfit in a second. It looks just as great with heels as it does flats. Throw on a leather jacket for a night out or a blazer for meetings.
