Although our house is no where near feeling like a home, I was so excited to start decorating for fall. We have a white brick fireplace in our formal living room that is the center of the room and I couldn’t wait to add some festive decor to our mantle. I wanted to keep it neutral while still feeling inspired by fall. I found some vintage ginger jars at a local store and complimented them with gold and white accents, eucalyptus branches and faux cotton branches.
I personally don’t feel like I have a great sense of interior style but I’m trying to be better as we navigate decorating our new home. For the mantle, I played around with different textures and heights for a more effortless feel compared to something that felt staged.
