If you hadn’t noticed it is officially peony season which means your instagram is about to be spammed with these beautiful flowers. I can’t complain, they really are the bounciest, happiest, fluffiest and most gorgeous smelling flowers and happen to be my favorite. I couldn’t help but swing by one of my favorite slower shops – A New Leaf – and pick up a bunch of this beautiful coral hue. I was also informed that there is a different species of peonies that blooms with this beautiful yellow center (different from the fluffy floral balls we are used to!) and I picked out a few to spice up my arrangement. Also, how adorable is this tote from Old Navy? It’s PERFECT for summer.

There is nothing special about this look which is why I love it. I have been drawn to blue and white lately (seen here, here, here, here and here) and I love the subtle stripe on this tank with its feminine pleats. It makes this top ideal for weekend runs to the farmers market, brunch with your girlfriends, or paired with cute scalloped shorts (on sale!) for a picnic in the park.

What are you up to this weekend? We are in South Carolina celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday! Sadly Dave couldn’t join me on this trip (he has his best friend’s bachelor party) so he is hanging with Webster and Charlie joined me for the week. We are spending a few days at a plantation (see more on instagram and snapchat: lizadamsss) then a couple nights in Charleston. I swear Dave and I have discussed moving here and every trip I feel that urge even more so. It’s my favorite spot!
