A few of mine include finally trying new restaurants that have been on my list since the winter, walking as much as possible, and discovering new corners of the city. We only have a few month’s to enjoy this beautiful weather and I plan on taking full advantage!

Bang Bang Pie Shop was one of those restaurants on my list and this wall was a must see since we were in the neighborhood. It’s on Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square for those of you interested in visiting! Chicago has so many neighborhoods filled with fun restaurants, parks, local watering holes, flowers shops, and bakeries and having the right outfit for exploring is key. Since getting pregnant {and let’s be serious, always}, comfort has been key especially when it comes to my choice in shoes. I’m not one to trade style for comfort so having both is really important and leave it to kate spade new york to offer it all! Their new collection is one of my favorites and is filled with styles that are practical and pretty. These embellished sandals would add just enough sparkle for day and night, these dotted pumps are so ladylike, these fun heels are something every woman needs in her closet, these classic espadrilles are perfect for summer, and who doesn’t love bows and stripes?

I’m wearing these classic sandal slides {also love these} that are made of the softest leather and are the perfect height for long days. The white is sold out but I’m also wishing I had the black.
