Summers in Chicago are generally pretty casual. We only get 3 or 4 months of consistently warm temps so most of that time is spent outdoors between the beach, farmers market, picnics at the park, strolls along the water, etc. Because of this I always lean towards trusty basics that can be worn casually throughout the day {for both work and play} and dressed up with accessories to transition to night. Old Navy is the easiest destination for casual summer essentials. I love the boxy fit of this shirt and these linen shorts are so incredibly comfortable. I’m also so impressed with ON’s shoe selection – these pink sandals are the perfect height and such a fun pop of color. They also already have their 4th of July items out which makes me incredibly excited!
