Since getting married, I’ve had a new found appreciation for intimates. I was so excited to receive some pretty items throughout my engagement {thanks friends!} and as I get older, I realize how much fun it is to have a little collection for yourself. Most assume that intimates are only meant for the bedroom but it’s amazing how confident I feel when I start my day with something pretty underneath my outfit. It’s completely a game with myself but putting in the extra effort really helps to start your day on the right foot. It feels like something special you’re doing just for you.
Nordstrom is promoting their new event called “We Heart A Great Fit,” and for every bra purchased online {from the brands featured below} between now and October 27th or at their in store events on October 24/25 – Nordstrom will donate $2 to the Young Survival Coalition, a non-profit supporting young women with breast cancer. Breast cancer has drastically affected my family and is something that I worry about/get checked out pretty consistently. I love that Nordstrom is promoting their beautiful collection for a bigger cause, urging its customers to indulge in something that makes them love their bodies more while also contributing to the greater cause.
