Printed dresses and sandals – my go-to for warm days in the city! My closet is stocked with these wardrobe essentials {which might seem silly because Chicago’s summer is so short} because not only are they my favorite pieces to wear but they are comfortable and usually appropriate for whatever the day throws my way. It was 80 degrees Thursday-Sunday of last week and it felt amazing. Everyone in the city had a pep in their step, the air smells like fresh blossoming trees, and it felt good to give my skin some much needed sunshine. I had been looking for a neutral pair of sandals that could take me from day to night and I am so happy with this pair by Ivanka Trump. I love the combo of black and tan, the leather is super soft and comfortable and the velcro ankle strap makes them super easy to take on and off. I mentioned it last week but Ivanka Trump is killing it with her new collection – these and these are amazing. Plus, her shoes are a great price point so you won’t feel guilty adding one or two to your closet. On another note, how cute is my K.Slademade clutch? It’s monogrammed with my soon-to-be new initials, which I love! (:
