For someone who is constantly searching the internets for new product for clients or to feature in a post, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to find a new-to-me brand that isn’t sold just anywhere. Enter Troubadour, a Charleston, SC based brand designed by Lindsey Carter and influenced by her love for travel and the South. She graduated from FIT, interned with the likes of LAMB, Rebecca Minkoff, and White + Warren, before she was tapped by Mickey Drexler to join the start up design team for Madewell. Rockstar, huh? No wonder her pieces are quirky versions of the classics, which is exactly what I want in my closet. You can also shop Troubadour at Neiman Marcus!
