Happy Friday, friends! To be honest, this week has been emotionally draining for me. I really separated myself from the internets to spend some quality time with my grandmother who isn’t doing very well. Plain and simple, getting old sucks and visiting my dad’s hometown in Kansas was a wonderful reminder of how sweet life is. Savor every minute with the ones you love!

 On another note, you may have noticed that I teamed up with Nordstrom this week to help spread the word about their new ring campaign. I got to play dress up with a bunch of pretty rings – I am particularly smitten with this owl ring, snake ring, and this star ring – and I am now completely obsessed with layering simple rings for summa time. The more baubles the better, right?
