I wanted to share a few photos from our trip to SC because Charleston and the surrounding areas are just too charming not to photograph. My family has been visiting this sweet little town since I was born {my grandparents live there!} and Dave and I decided to head down early to play tourists. We walked all around the battery, fell in love with the beautiful homes, and did a little shopping on King Street. Every time we visit we discuss moving here and every time we re-sign our leases here in Chicago a little tiny bit of me wishes we had taken the leap. There is always next year!

Also, I love love loved reading all of your comments from yesterday’s post. I try to be as real as possible here but there are some things that are just a constant battle and aren’t very exciting to talk about. So show of hands, would anyone be interested in some recipe posts on S&S? I make quite a few favorites and am always trying new things. If you’re interested, I’d love to share some weekly meals with you! Obviously, it’s been done and there are some fabulous food blogs out there so you will not hurt my feelings if you say “NO!” But if it starts a conversation and holds me more accountable for eating healthy well then maybe it will help you, too!
