Meatballs are a popular meal in our house! We make them all the time and over the years I’ve made many variations! Some of our favorites include these stuffed meatballs and these perfect turkey meatballs with pesto. I have even made a variation of these greek meatballs before! Let’s call this version a dumbed down, super simple, just finely chop your favorite flavors and through them into whatever ground meat you choose!

Greek Turkey Meatballs
1lb of ground turkey (I use 93/7 fat percentage) but you can also use whatever ground meat you want!
Finely chopped shallot, about half a shallot
Finely chopped garlic, 2 cloves
1/2 cup finely chopped kalamata olives
3 pepperoncinis, finely chopped
finely chopped dill
finely chopped parsley
finely chopped feta (I prefer goats milk feta in brine!)
salt + pepper + a dash of ground oregano
Combine and roll into meatballs! Bake at 350F for 18-20 mins on a nonstick sheet pan. Easy peasy!
For my pasta I made a sauce of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, Parmesan, salt and pepper, and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
