Easy Cheeseburger Sliders

Superbowl recipe, football appetizer, cheeseburger slider

I freaking love a cheeseburger. I think it would be my death row meal along with some really crispy french fries and some sort of aioli. These cheeseburger sliders are super easy to make and are a HIT with everyone, wherever you may be. Very similar to my smash burger recipe, these sliders come together in one pan and can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven (details at the bottom of the post). A great Super Bowl appetizer, dinner idea or perfect for a friend gathering. Let me know if you make them!

Easy Cheeseburger Sliders

Ingredients:
1lb ground beef
1/2 white onion
dash of salt and pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp burger seasoning
1-2 tbsp ketchup
1-2 tbsp yellow mustard
4 slices American cheese
4 dill pickles, finely chopped
12 hawaiian rolls

Brown up your ground beef over medium heat. Add onions and seasoning and cook for 5 mins until onion slightly soften. Add your ketchup, mustard and cheese and let everything melt together!

Cut your Hawaiian rolls in half and add your meat mixture. Top with chopped pickles and top the buns! Enjoy!

If you’re not enjoying right away you can even top the buns with melted butter and sesame seeds and leave in a low oven (150-200F) until ready to eat! Double the batch for 24 sliders.
