I have received countless questions lately about my favorite pajamas which seems fitting since they are basically an outfit in themselves these days! I would like to think that I have good taste when it comes to my pajamas selection. There is something about having an outfit for bed that feels special and makes waking up and enjoying your coffee slowly a little more enjoyable. Our mornings tend to be early and slow so I like to feel like whether I’m lounging on the couch with the kids or running into a neighbor while outside with Webster, I look somewhat presentable. Here are a few of my pajama brands:

Roller Rabbit

Roller Rabbit is a brand that I love for myself and my kids! They are so incredibly comfortable and soft, hold up well in the wash and come in the most fun, bold prints. I recommend sizing up for both kids – Charlie currently wears a size 6 and Jack a size 4 – so 2 sizes up for kiddos and I wear a medium. This brand sells out very fast so when you see sizes you want to jump on them. Some of my favorite styles here, here, here and here. Everything from Roller Rabbit just makes me happy – makeup bags, this cute straw bag, pretty dresses, these bed sheets and don’t get me started on the little girl’s dresses omgg. The heart pajamas is one of my favorite purchases for my new mom friends and their littles (actually all of the baby onesies). Roberta Freymann (founder of Roller Rabbit!) recently launched a new brand called Ro’s Garden with very similar styles!

Lake Pajamas

Lake Pajamas is another favorite for me and the kids and some of my most worn and loved. Soft, comfortable and always the most beautiful classic stripes, colors and styles for sleep and relaxing at home. Their store in Charleston is one of my favorite places to visit when we are in town, such a serene oasis and lifestyle that they capture in their pieces. I love that they just launched these bundles (would make the perfect gift for a new mom!) so you can choose what combo you’d like! Other favorites include this polka dot short sleeve set in navy (that you see me wear a lot), this weekend short set, this poplin short set and their classic long short set. They also have the cutest styles for kids and again I recommend sizing up (I personally always size up 1-2 sizes in kids pajamas for a more comfortable fit)! I wear a small in my Lake Pajamas. This is another brand that sells out fast so check frequently and order quick! They are a hot commodity.

J.Crew

I can always count on J.Crew for pajama sets at a great price! Classic and tailored or colorful and fun. I have a few sets of theirs from over the years and they hold up well and are just cute and easy. A few current favorite include this classic set, this rainbow stripe (I have a similar!), this fun fruit punch print and you can never have enough of their long sleeve cotton set for cooler days ahead. Dave calls these my grandfather set and I wear them alllll the time. So cool and breezy and light!

Tommy John

Late last year I became OBSESSED with Tommy John’s second skin collections. The fabric is literally a dreamy cloud and second skin is the perfect way to define its level of comfort. I’m learning through this post that I think my most worn pajama set combo is probably shorts of some sort and this second skin tank and sleep short is one of my most reached for. How cute is this gingham set? Dave loves their loungewear, too!

I would say these 4 brands are my most worn and loved but a few other brands that I want to try because I’ve heard great things are Lunya and Recliner NYC. Do you have any favorites? I feel like sometimes pajamas feel like a meh purchase or not something you want to spend money on (kind of like makeup products for me) but they make me so happy.
