Yesterday morning we brought our coffee to the beach to watch the fisherman. It was so peaceful to be outside before the crowds. Dolphins were diving in the distance and the water was so warm. Charlie thought everyone was there for him and was screaming and smiling at every one he saw. He was mesmerized!

Charlie is in full discovery mode these days. Now that he is crawling and pulling up on things he doesn’t want to be still. His knees have constant rug burns and bruises because he is constantly on the move. Dave and I always laugh thinking about what is going on inside his little head. Charlie crawls like he can’t get from point A to point B fast enough, even if it is a few feet away. He is a man on a mission. My little explorer!

I picked up these jeans for Charlie from Old Navy and melted a little when we put them on. They have an elastic waistband and little distressed details for a boy on the go! It doesn’t get cuter than a baby in denim. Those chunky arms in a tank top really seal the deal, too. I love smothering his buttery face with kisses all day long.

I have been a fan of Old Navy denim for years. The pair I’m wearing have been in my closet for three years and they only get better with age! The price tag can’t be beat and I love that they come in mid rise and high rise. They are definitely my go-to pair of skinny jeans in the fall when it is time to pull out my boots. Plus they have the perfect amount of stretch for busy mom’s!
