We had the best long weekend enjoying Chicago. Walks along the lake, brunch, picnics in the park, errands, sleep, exercise and in my favorite stripes, white dresses, gingham – lets just say I’m kind of sad to get back to reality.

I wore this outfit to brunch with Dave and Charlie on Saturday and I love that this look can easily be recreated with items in your own closet. We went to Earl’s which is one of my favorite new spots in the city. If you haven’t gone your must – their food, drinks and decor is amazing! Now this outfit, I can’t tell you how many compliments I get on this top. I love that it is a little shorter making it a fun combo when paired with high waisted bottoms. My Sole Society bucket bag is perfect for when I want to consolidate my diaper bag and purse into one. My go-to casual summer look.
