Who else is ready to ditch reality and savor Christmas with family and friends? This girl. We have a really busy couple weeks ahead of us. We leave tomorrow for my family’s home in Wisconsin to celebrate Christmas. Our home is in the middle of the woods (seen here and here) and the perfect place to spend a quiet week. It looks like it will not be a white Christmas, which makes me kind of sad, but at least the environment resembles that cozy, warm feeling of the holiday season. At the end of the month we head to Charleston to celebrate New Year’s and welcome 2016. Charleston is my.favorite.place.ever. so I couldn’t be more excited that my first travels (since April!!) will be to that beautiful city. This look is easy. A little black dress (similar here, here and here) which we all have in our closets and my newest obsession – OTK boots. I love that they take the place of tights and make me feel more stylish than I am. Here is a great boot for less.
