Next week it is expected to be 50 degrees in Chicago {!!!} but for now I’m still bundled up in my trusty winter essentials. I refuse to buy anything new for these cold temps so I’m bundled up in my favorite basics – this Heidi Merrick tee, J Brand distressed jeans, Frye boots, and a furry coat {similar here}. There’s nothing crazy to this look, just pieces that I’ve had for awhile and I’m happy to keep in my closet for these moments where getting dressed feels exhausting. We all have those items that we keep for exactly this reason – what are your favorite pieces for days where you need an outfit that is quick and simple?
