Pink and Red

My obsession with this pairingΒ has always been apparent but was heightened when Emma Stone wore this Giambattista Valli dress in 2011 {and remember this look? Girl can do no wrong}. It’s such a fun, flirtatious combo and when I purchased these two items I knew that they would make a statement alone and an even bigger statement together.

Are you familiar withΒ Chicwish? It’s an amazing online shop filled with items that are on trend, goodΒ quality and an amazing price point. They have a large selection of items to choose from that resemble pieces you’ve admired from other stores but doesn’t leave you with buyers remorse. I love that both of these pieces have a good amount of structure and that the fullness of the skirt is complimented by the tailored blouse. MyΒ blouse is a steal at $42 and also comes in white which would be a serious staple in any wardrobe. Their skirt collection is seriously impressive – how cute is this and this? I’m always loving this dress, this dress, this dress, and this trench coat!

I decided to pair an edgier heel to balance out the femininity of the pink and red and would gladly wear this look for a date night with Dave, for Easter Sunday, or to a spring wedding! You can shop more of my favorite items from Chicwish below…

*Note: I’m wearing a size medium in both pieces and would typically wear a small so I recommend ordering a size up!
