A perfect day in my favorite city. We have been in Charleston for Christmas and have loved meandering around the charming streets and eating at my favorite restaurants. Our family actually has a home outside of the city so it’s been the perfect balance of relaxing on the island and being downtown. You can see more photos from our trip on instagram!

This look was easy and comfortable for a day of serious walking. We had brunch at The Rarebit {highly recommend!}, shopped around King Street and made our way to The Battery. I’ve been living in my Heidi Merrick Drake tee – it’s the perfect item to have when you want to be casual but feel pulled together. We are still here until tomorrow afternoon and then Dave and I fly to Michigan for the rest of 2014. I hope you have an amazing week!
