I’m not one to wear a lip color very often but I sort of consider it a fun accessory in the summer! BUT, you guys know my chapped lips dilemma—my lips are always chapped (I think this is partly because of my Invisalign) so I am really picky when it comes to lipsticks. I have a few requirements: that they are long-lasting , moisturizing enough so they don’t stick to the cracks in your lips and have a glossy finish (I don’t like matte). I found a new favorite lipstick at Walmart and today I’m sharing 4 colors I’m loving for summer!

Day to day I usually stick to neutrals which is why I’ve been loving Timeless Rose, a soft, buttery pink that basically just enhances the natural color of your lips. Perfect for days when you don’t want to make a statement! Toujour Teaberry is a little deeper pink with the prettiest gold flecks that I say makes my natural look feel a little sexier. Captivated by Cerise is a pink statement that isn’t too PINK, which I love. It’s the perfect pool day statement but also not as BOLD as a red. The Red Infallible is that classic red lip that every woman craves—a poppy red that I think every woman can pull off (much softer compared to a red with blue undertones). What I love about the L’Oreal Infallible Pro Last 2 Step Lipstick is that one side is a really rich color that applies like a lip gloss and the other side is a color seal balm that locks in your color but applies like a shiny chapstick to add moisture. The best of both worlds when it comes to color that lasts and moisture!
I love Walmart’s beauty department because it is a mix of premium brands (hello Living Proof) that I love and drugstore favorites (have you tried this yet? My favorite for everyday coverage). You can always find something for every beauty need on your list!
A big thank you to Walmart for sponsoring this post!
