Over the past 6 months, fitness and focusing on my health has become a really important part of my life. I love inspiring you to live and feel your best every day and I think a big part of that is being transparent about the good days and the bad. Every day is different but I think finding a middle ground where creating healthy habits becomes a priority versus a task is really important. We are all different and we all find motivation from different things but putting in the work to feel your best is a pretty liberating feeling.
My path to finding a workout routine that I love has been a long one! Since becoming a mom I am limited on the time I have to get to the gym or prioritize exercise. After making excuse after excuse I came to the realization that finding time to sweat makes me more focused in all areas of my life. It’s truly my form of therapy and the results reflect my role as a mom, daughter, friend, business owner – everything.
One of my most frequently asked questions when I workout is why do you wear a long sleeve shirt? Haha, totally justifiable question and my only response is that I love to sweat. I love walking away from a workout and feeling like I pushed myself. Sweat to me is the result of a good workout (although definitely not always the case) and a way for me to let go of any tension or stress in my life. My workouts are typically running and strength training and I’m thankful that lululemon has everything I need to get the best out of my sweat sessions.

I’m obsessed with their Swiftly Tech LS tees and tanks – the perfect pair for a good workout! Their Energy bras are my absolute favorite, I think I have five and they hold up so so well. I love to rotate between my In Movement leggings (the best for sweaty workouts!) and the Align Pant. Despite it being freezing in Chicago, I still love to get outdoors for a quick run so I love outerwear like this Push Your Pace Jacket or my Down for It All vest! No matter what lululemon has me ready to get my sweat on! And let’s not lie, feeling cute and confident while you workout is 100% necessary. My workout is 10x better when I feel good about myself walking into the gym.
