For the most part we are using and loving a lot of the items we used with Charlie. The truth is newborns don’t need much but there are a few essentials that are tried and true favorites in our house. In no particular order, here are some of our most loved baby products…

Nuna Pipa Infant Car Seat. We used this with Charlie and I was originally drawn to it because it is compact, one of the lighter weight car seats on the market and has high safety ratings. We still love it!

Swaddle Me swaddles. Jack sleeps in this every night! He is currently sleeping in the SNOO (more on this later) but most nights we don’t utilize the soothing feature so we keep it off and Jack is in his own swaddle. *I have gotten so many questions about the SNOO and I am going to be doing a full review on my blog. If you have any time sensitive questions, email me!

Solly baby wraps. I love these for the fact that they make wearing an infant comfortable and comforting. They are super east to use once you get the hang of it (I only watched the tutorial once) and really provides your baby with support against your body. It’s literally as if you were holding your baby yourself!

Puj sink insert. The perfect tub for newborns! With Charlie we had the 4moms tub which we loved but it was huge and ended up getting pretty moldy. Being able to put this in the tub is so convenient, it’s easy to store and is bacteria resistant which I love!

Motorola baby monitor. A great option for being able to see both of our kiddos at the same time! It’s super easy to adjust and the image is clear. I love that it tells you the temperature in each room, too.

Medela Freestyle breast pump. Still going strong with baby #2! I love that this pump can be charged and taken on the go (I have used it in the car and even a bathroom stall at a friend’s wedding). The parts are light weight and it has a ton of adjustments from a gentle to a strong pump.

JJ Cole Bundle Me. We love this thing! It straps into the infant car seat and creates a cocoon for your little one in cold weather. When I was a new mom with Charlie, I used to always drop the blanket that covered his car seat. A nice woman on the street told me about this and I went home and ordered it immediately. We also have the stroller insert for Charlie!

Baby Jogger City Mini GT Double Stroller. I have gotten so many questions about our double stroller! I love the City Mini GT strollers because they are durable and I don’t worry about them getting beat up. They are easy to travel with and both babies fit comfortably in the seats. We ordered this converter to use with the Nuna Pipa car seat (I had read that the Maxi Cosi converters work with Nuna) and in all honesty, I am not 100% sure it is right – haha. The car seat fits and doesn’t budge but it never clicks so I don’t know if it is actually secured. #badmom
*We keep this stroller in our car because it is easy to have on the go. We also have the Bugaboo Donkey with the double extension. This stroller stays in our garage for walks at home (too heavy to travel with or pull in and out of the car).

If you have any questions on specific products we have used, please feel free to leave them in the comments! xoxo
